What is actually included
Every line here is on your estimate, priced, before anyone arrives. Anything you do not want, you leave out.
Your IT team powers it down
We do not shut down your systems. Your team or your vendor does, in a window you choose, and we start only once they confirm it is down.
Packed the way electronics need
Anti-static wrap for boards and drives, foam-lined crates for servers and switches, screens boxed per seat. No general-load cartons for hardware.
Racks and UPS as their own job
Full-height racks and UPS battery banks are heavy and awkward. They get their own crew, their own equipment and their own line on the estimate.
Reinstalled to the same map
Rack units back in their original positions, cables back to their labelled ports, so your team is handing over to a known layout rather than rediscovering one.
Workstations by seat number
Desktop, monitors, dock and cables bagged and tagged to the seat they belong to, so the floor comes up department by department.
How it runs
Survey with your IT team
Rack count and height, device list, UPS and battery weights, floor loading, and the lift or staircase both ends. Your team tells us what must not be moved.
A written plan and the windows
The shut-down window, the transport window and the power-up window, with an itemised price for crew, crates, equipment and vehicles.
Label, pack, move
Documented, decabled, packed and loaded. The server crates travel with the crew and not under the furniture.
Rack, cable, hand over
Racked and cabled to the recorded map, then handed to your team for power-up inside the agreed window.

The price will go up on moving day
You get the price in writing, item by item, before we pack. Nothing is added later without asking you first.
Something will break
Fragile items are packed separately and written in your list. We also tell you what the insurance covers and what it does not.
The team will not come on time
You get your coordinator's mobile number when you book, and the team and the vehicle are confirmed one day before.
Nobody picks up after taking the advance
One coordinator stays with you from the survey till the last carton. One number, and a person picks up.
