The customs list, written properly
Every carton itemised with contents and values in the format the destination requires. This is the document that clears or delays your shipment.
Sea or air, with the real numbers
A full container, a shared container or air freight, with the cost and the transit time for each, so you choose rather than being told. Part-container shipments wait for consolidation, and we say how long.
Packed for the destination
Some countries refuse untreated wood, some inspect food and plant material, some require fumigation certificates. We pack and certify to the rules of where it is going.
What cannot travel
You get the restricted and prohibited list for your destination before we pack, in writing. Finding out at the port is the expensive way.
Delivery at the other end
Clearance, inland transport and delivery to your new address arranged through the destination agent, with their charges set out before you ship.
How it runs
We check the papers first
Your documents and your eligibility at the destination, before any date is discussed. This is the step that decides everything after it.
Survey and a full quotation
Volume, mode, origin charges, freight, destination charges, insurance and GST. Set out separately so you can see what is ours and what is the destination's.
Packed, listed and documented
Export packing, numbered cartons, and the itemised list that travels with the shipment and goes to customs.
Sailing, clearance and delivery
You get the sailing or flight details, the bill of lading or airway bill, and the destination agent's contact. Clearance and delivery are tracked to your door.

The price will go up on moving day
You get the price in writing, item by item, before we pack. Nothing is added later without asking you first.
Something will break
Fragile items are packed separately and written in your list. We also tell you what the insurance covers and what it does not.
The team will not come on time
You get your coordinator's mobile number when you book, and the team and the vehicle are confirmed one day before.
Nobody picks up after taking the advance
One coordinator stays with you from the survey till the last carton. One number, and a person picks up.
