How do you work out my price?

We count your actual goods and check the distance, the lift and stairs at both places, the packing your things need, and your date. You get all of it in writing, item by item, before you book.

Can the price change on moving day?

Not without asking you. If something comes up that we could not see during the survey, we tell you the cost and wait for your approval before doing it.

Do you move to other states?

Yes, to every state and union territory in India. Give us both PIN codes and your date, and we will confirm the route. For islands and far-off places we check first, then give the price.

What should I keep with me?

Keep your ID proof, jewellery, medicines, keys, chargers and one set of clothes with you. We give you a copy of the goods list and your coordinator's mobile number.

We tell you which transit insurance is available for your shifting, what it costs, what it does not cover and how to claim. All in writing, before you book.

The price we agree is the price you pay.

You get the price in writing before anything is loaded. Packing, labour, distance, even a difficult staircase. A new home should feel like a fresh start, not a bill you did not expect.
